Ingredients:
1-cup Tuver daal,
1\2-cup finely chopped tomatoes,
2-tbsp ginger past,
2-3 pieces of jaggery,
6-7 curry leaves,
1-tbsp mustard seeds,
1-tbsp cumin seeds,

1-tbsp asophotidia,
1-tbsp red chilli powder,
1-tbsp turmeric powder,
1-tbsp oil,1-lemon,
Salt to taste,
Coriander leaves for garnish.

Method:
Step 1: Pressure cook tuver daal with sufficient water.
Step 2: Mash the dal with hand blander.

Step 3: Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and asophotedia and curry leaves.

Step 5: Add finely chopped tomatoes and ginger past in it.

Step 6: Then add red chilli powder and mix well.

Step 7: Add the mash dal and water if dal ti very thick.

Step 8: Cook until the tuver daal boils, then add jaggery and salt.

Step 9: Cook for 4-5 minutes and add turmeric powder in it.

Step 10: Turn off the flame and add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 11: Serve hot with rice.
