Drumstick Curry

Ingredients:
8-10 drumsticks,
2- Potatoes,
2- Onions,
1-tbsp mustard seeds,
1-tbsp cumin seeds,
1\2-tbsp turmeric powder,
1-tbsp red chilli powder,
2-tbsp oil,
Salt to taste.
Method:
Step 1: Cut drumsticks in to long pieces.

Step 2: Pressure cook until they are soft only for 3-4 minutes not more than it.

Step 3: Cut potato and onion into small pieces.

Step 4: Heat the oil in pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds until they stir for a few second. Then add chopped potatoes in it.Step 5: When potatoes are golden brown then add chopped onion and cook for 5-minutes.

Step 6: After that add all ingredients masala in it.

Step 7: Then add boiled drumstick in it.

Step 8: Mix well all vegetable and cook for 2- minutes.


Step 9: Turn off the flame and one of the healthy side dish is ready to eat.

Serve hot with curd, achaar and roti.:)
