5-Ripe banana,
2-tbsp red chilli powder,
1-tbsp turmeric powder,
2-tbsp oil,
Salt to taste,
Coriander leaves for garnish.
Method:
Step 1: Peel the banana and cut into round pieces.
Step 2: Heat the oil in to pan on medium heat.
Step 3: Add directly round cut banana pieces and cook for one minute.
Step 4: Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste.
Step 5: Mix gently and turn off the flame.
Step 6: Garnish with coriander leaves.

Very easy sweet curry. If you like sweet taste then this curry is ready in to just two minutes with fewer ingredients.
