Vegan Mexican Hot Chocolate Cupcakes with Recipe Link


How yummy do these Mexican Hot Chocolate Cupcakes look?! Did I mention they're vegan? The kicker that sold me on these chocolate delights was that instead of frosting, they're topped with a vegan coconut milk based whipped cream!

At first glance, this just looks like any other cupcake but after I looked over the ingredients it seemed that this cupcake was anything but ordinary.
