Cupcakes Express Is Live!

I posted about Cupcakes Express back in the spring as a sponsored post spreading the word about this new business. I am happy to announce that Cupcakes Express has launched. This is exciting news! Any business that solves a problem has a good chance of succeeding. Cupcakes Express solves two.

1. Cupcakes Express allows you to order from anywhere in the world and have fresh, delicious cupcakes delivered quickly. Since cupcakes are impossible to ship from one central location, Cupcakes Express works with cupcake shops in each geographic market to produce and deliver fresh cupcake orders. Cupcakes Express is modeled after 1-800-Flowers. All of the cupcake arrangements at Cupcakes Express are priced at $36 per dozen plus the cost of delivery. 
2. Cupcakes Express provides another income stream for cupcake bakeries. Local cupcake bakeries have agreement to fill orders for Cupcakes Express. Currently, Cupcakes Express delivers to 21 metropolitan markets in the United States, but has plans to expand in the near future.

Cupcakes Express is founded by Robert Gordon, the father of the owner of  Red Velvet Cupcakery  in Washington, D.C.  Cupcakes Express currently has 10 different cupcake arrangements available, including the Chocolate Lovers, Happy Birthday, Romance, and Black Tie.
