A Little Wakeup Assistance!

I have chronic insomnia and it almost impossible to drag me out of bed in the morning. I've tried all the tricks the experts tell you: have your coffee brewed and set on timer to  several minutes before you awake. Have fluffy mats on the floor and slippers to make your feet feel good. Have your healthy breakfast prepared the night before. Prewarm you bathroom, know what you are wearing, have the keys ready, etc, etc.
But I suspect this little device might/could help:

Exit 9

A cupcake alarm clock?  *perk*  Would I wake to the wafting scents of vanilla and sugar and buttercream?  Well, apparently not on this version. Maybe the 4.0? But the sugary-sweet sayings will make one smile when getting out of bed and at the very least, who could chuck a perfectly lovely and pretty cupcake clock against a wall?? Not I.

It's $22 at Exit 9 (facebook/twitter).

The latest ultra cute cake pops by the queen of cake pops herself, Bakerella, are these Muppets cake pops (click through for many more gorgeous images and find out how to make them).

What else is new with Bakerella? Lots! In addition to her New York Times-bestselling cookbook Cake Pops, she's got two new items out for you to share your cake pop love. One is a cake pops kit, to make your cake popping easier, and one is cake pops notecards for, yes, snail mailing, which some of us still do (personally, I love getting cards in the mail, actually, anything in the mail except bills!). More great stocking stuffer ideas.

Cupcake false eyelashes on Etsy! Yes, really.

Just when you think you've seen every cupcake product out there comes...cupcake false eyelashes, for sale by Etsy seller Spirys for $15. WHOA. I'm speechless/in awe of these.

All of my eyelash jewelry is handmade with care. I use high quality glass beads and ultra fine beading wire. These false eyelashes are lightweight, flexible, and (best of all!) reusable. Why throw money away on other false eyelashes that will fall apart after only a few uses? My eyelash jewelry can be worn easily using regular eyelash adhesive. (Duo is my brand of choice; you can find it in most drug stores)

This listing is for a pair of custom eyelash jewelry. Please specify, either in a message to me or in the "note to seller" portion of the order page, what you would like your pair to look like. I have a wide selection of materials in stock at all times, and I can specially order things if need be. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
