Portland, Maine cupcakes: Tulips Cupcakery

I'll be visiting Portland, Maine this weekend for the first time, and am very excited about catching up with one of my oldest friends (we met when we were six), exploring, eating all sorts of food and, of course, cupcakes! I love that there's such a thriving cupcake scene there, and will be reporting back. One of the companies I'll be trying is Tulips Cupcakery, which sells their cupcakes at local farmers' markets and cafes in Portland and Freeport, Maine (I'm picking mine up at a restaurant called Mornings in Paris, a name I think is so charming, where I think I'll have to try the red velvet latte!), and uses locally sourced ingredients.
