Ingredients:
4 salmon steaks
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1-2 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 tbsp fresh ginger, diced
juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
Preparation:
- Mix together all of the ingredients (except the salmon steak) in a medium sized casserole dish.
- Place the salmon steaks, skin side up, in the marinade and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
