Cloth Ear Classic

One of our famous Boxty pancakes!!! This one is filled with braised Organic Glenarm
shorthorn beef and Guinness.

A take on an old Irish classic, 'Irish Stew'
The shoulder is pot roast in a very light chicken stock over night. It is then rolled tightly in cling film to form this barrel shape. the resulting stock is then used to make the stew base with the sliced shoulder set on top.
Absolutely delicious!!!!!!

A very popular dish on in the Cloth Ear, pan fried sea bass, champ, and served with garlic Portavogie prawn vinaigrette. A classic Cloth Ear favourite that you will always find on the menu.
